Main character cannot speak to anybody

    [​IMG] I'm really pissed off, when I try to spek to somebody - nothing happens, if I'm lucky I get some red text which is stupid. I placed one of the NPC's in the first spot, it helped, but only in shopes and other minor places. When I had to talk to this bitch in a drow city, she told that she wont talk to anybody but the BUTTKICKER(thats my man). So I had to kill everybody in that freakin city to get the balls...I meant eggs of the silver dragon. But I am lawful good, with reputation - 20, and I would like to do all the quests. BTW, I have no cursed items and nobody has put any stinking magic on BUTTKICKER. Anybody had that kind of problem? What to do?

    [​IMG] did you consider only selecting your PC and not the entire group? then it should work, else it's rather unclear what your problem is.

    Are you running Win 2000? That could be the problem, which is fixed in the latest patch.

    Are you polymorphed in one form or another? Cause you can't talk to things whilst in any of the transformational forms you get throughout the game.

    [​IMG] I'm running Windows 98SE, I'm not polymorphed, I have patch...and I stink, cause now I cannt beat Irenicus in the final battle, I am so close but he just lives...wait tioll I get home, today is the day, I'll kick his ass bigtime. Time to buy ToB. As for this problem with talking, its too late to do anything...Thanx for help.
