Soloing: what were you playing when you had the most fun?

    I know there are a few solo gamers here. I'm getting into it for the first time with a Ranger (Archer). It's a ton of fun!

    I just want to hear about some other solo experiences, good and bad.

    It took quite a bit of effort, but I got my ultimate killing machine. :evil: First I soloed through TotSC as a human thief (got up to Level 15), then re-imported to TotSC and dualled to a fighter. I had to play through TotSC TWICE more to get enough XP to regain my thief status, not knowing that I shouldn't have bothered (save for the stat-boosting books). :rolleyes: When I finally imported this character into BG2, I was able to have a fighter with all full (100%) thieving abilities and x5 backstab! I just slaughtered my way through the game. (Hide, backstab, Greater Deathblow :grin: )

    Next time I'm going to see if I can make it through BG1 with F/M/T solo that I can import to BG2.

    I played a female half orc Assassin once (no romance anyway) and I had a lot of fun doing crowd control with the tuigan bow and poison... I soloed with different characters (including one as Wizard Slayer and one as a Blade who became so powerful it got sooooo BORING) but the assassin was the one I enjoyed most.

    Now I've given up soloing in BG2 (you get HLAs too fast and you don't take advantage of banters and romances) it makes the game too easy.

    I soloed with a Blade once. I died pretty quickly but it was a lot of fun. I roleplayed it :p

    Archer, Inquisitor and Fighter/Swashbuckler mc all were fun... i think ive soled the archer twice n i think he was the best :)

    Most fun? Mage/Cleric whom I was roleplaying as a Summoner.

    Project Image...then summon 5 Planetars...watch the chunks fly!

    It was great fun.

    Cleric/Thief. Make sure you have high strength, cast spells that improve strength, thac0 etc and then backstab with a good staff or club! If the victim somehow manages to survive that sneaky attack, switch to flail of ages!

    Has anyone ever soloed as a Druid (not multiclass)?
