The thing I can't figure out is, sense neo is the one and can pretty much do whatever he wants to the computer program, why couldn't he give himself something like, a 1000 strength (hahaha, that would be like a nuclear explosion), or have every feet in the game and every skill maxed out? And sense agents made the program, why can't they do the same thing? Also, if this is d20 instead of d&d, are there still classes and stuff?

Well, I don't think the D&D style fits what you are trying to do, Shadow Run or D20 Modern might fit a little better.

Complusive Dementia - Yup, that's pretty much the one main problem with this - that the Matrix is on such a metaphysical/profound/whatever level that I just think it's a bit silly to try to make stats for the main characters (in this case, Neo, or possibly others; I don't remember much about the movies).

d20 has no real classes, not in the sense of Paladins or Wizards. Rather there are "heroes" - the Strong Hero, Fast Hero, Tough (I think) Hero, Smart Hero, Determined (I think) Hero, and Charismatic (I think) Hero.

I think it would be pretty pointless to make this RPG. Think about it. They've got an RPG for everything now, including the ill-fated Sci-Fi Channel series "Farscape." Considering they already have a d20 Modern to very easily base it off of, it stands to reasoning that if they haven't already, WotC will soon be begging Warner Bros. for the rights to make it into an RPG. I give it a year--maybe less--before it's out on the shelves.

Well, I'm interested in it. I'm always interested in reading new ideas for d20 modern campaigns. You can e-mail me about it when you're done, if you'd like.
