Well it depends on what type of PnP game you're looking for. Since this is a DnD site, I'm guessing your looking for 3rd edition DnD core rules (Players Handbook, Dungeon Masters Guide, Monster Manual). Unfortunately, there, as far as I know, is no single site that has a complete set of rules from any of the books above. However, there is at least one topic in this forum (possibly several) that lists links to multiple sites that you can use to piece together fairly compete rules. I don't know what topic that might be, unfortunately (might want to search for it), so here is the only site I know off hand that has a good amount of the basic rules you would need to start playing or learing about 3rd edition Dungeons and Dragons.

That should get you started in learning how to play, but the best advice is to shell out the $20 and buy the players handbook at least. That will give you everything you will need to know about basic classes, races, combat, magic, and the like. It's very well written, thorough, and well worth the money in my opinion. Naturally if you do this, later you might want to pick up the Monster Manual for all the important info on every monster (every third edition one at least) and the Dungeon Master's Manual if you want to learn more about the inner workings of the game and how to create magic items, NPC's, etc. Also, it just wouldn't be DnD without suppliments;) They are coming out with quite a few that give optional prestige classes, spells, feats, skills, or whatever you desire really if you buy the right book. Those can be worthwhile if you want more or new info on a specific class or part of the game. Info like that's also available online. You might check this out for some of the available material on feats and spells from those suppliments. it has a complete list of all officail feats and skills I believe...

Hope this helps. It's the best I can provide right now.

Edit: Woops, I meant to say a complete list of feats and SPELLS. Sorry bout that folks *shrugs*

[IMG] Well Crawl about covered it. Those are to 2 best site out there for info. I don't think there are skill on the second site but they do have the most complete feat and spell lists I've seen.

You might also want to check out http://www.rpgplanet.com/dnd3e/index.html#news for some combat examples and other rules.

If you have any questions please let me know and I'd be glad to help.
