Just as the title suggests, I was wondering what programs you currently have open and running on your computer.

I have, MSN 8, Trillian, Liquid Player, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Word, and Heroes of Might and Magic 4 open, and my computer is really struggling to manage them all. :jawdrop: :rolling:

My laptop has : Window Blinds (xp themes), norton anti virsus, IE and Trillian.

My desktop has: Rainbow 6, AOL, mIRC, ICQ Pro, IE, and Winamp.

I leave my desktop for games, AOL, photoshop, ms office, and my music.

The laptop pretty much only has Trillian, and a few minor things.

I have three programs running: IE, mIRC and WinAmp, and two more in laptop, QuickTime and F-Secure Anti-virus/Firewall. Everything runs fine, although some games slow down occasionally.

    Just booted my comp.

-WindowBlinds, skins really make the OS look a lot better. :)
-FlashGet, it has taken almost 8 hours to get... er... to buy the Frozen Throne. And it will be, most likely, corrupted then...
    -ZoneAlarm Firewall.
-nVidia media center, allows quick messing with AA and AS.
    -Mozilla 1.4 ;)
    -CursorXP, skins the pointer.

Then there is of course a whole bunch of other programs, like TrayServer, svchost, LSASS...

Two IE windows, Yahoo! messenger, Explorer, one Word doc and the office mail program (which sucks big time). I'm sure Excel, another Word doc, and another browser window or three are in my immediate future. I've also got a Fujitsu tablet and a Handspring Visor that are running the software that I'm testing.

    - ZoneAlarm
    - Getright
    - Outlook
    - MsnMessenger 6 (or whatever the newest one is)

For some odd reason, I like having a minimal amount of backround applications open at a time. Right now, I have:

    2 Explorer
    6 IE
    1 Windows Media Player

Unless I have a game open, everything runs pretty well for me.
