OK if they were gonna make a BG/BGII Movie, who would the cast be?

PC: I am gonna say Ben Affleck.

Minsc: I am really, REALLY stuck on this one.

Jaheira: Famke Jenssen, she can do a russian accent.

Khalid: The guy who played Will Scarlet in Robin Hood Prince of Thieves. Don't know his name and to be honest I.D.G.A.S.

Immoen: Another difficult one, Gabrielle out of Xena would do I think.

    Gorion: Sean Connery!

Sarevok: Who the hell cares, he's in armour all the time!

    Irenicus: Ben Cross.

They're the main ones, what do you guys think?

Uh, well... since the voice of Irenicus is done by David Warner, who is a very well established actor, I'd think he was the logical choice... (C'mon hasn't anyone here seen Time Bandits?!)

    Viconia - Tyra Banks

    Aerie - Rachel Leigh Cook

All I could think of at the moment!

i know who should play a few of my most favorite characters

edwin: definetly patrick stewart (i know he is bald, but he plays a kickass insane guy).
xan: i think john cusack shoudl play him, he does the role of the bleak, witty, and kind of pitiful guy very well.
tazok: definetly arnold schwarzenneger (sp?) he is just a big, strong guy, and proved he could play a barbarian well in the conan movies.

Irenicus should be the actor who's the sheriff of Nottingham in Robin Hood Prince of Thieves. His voice sounds exactly like Irenicus. (The Will Scarlet guy is Christian Slater)

[IMG] I don't think Ben Afleck would fit in any role for BG2. As for Sarevok, maybe the dude that played the evil guy in "Legend". He also played the "Predator" in the first movie of the same name. I just can't think of his name...
Good picks for the other ones, though.

The Protaganist should most definitely be
    Russel Crowe (Gladiator).
Tim Curry played the evil guy in Legend and
I think Sean Connery would make a good Keldorn.

    Steve Buschemi as Xzar
    Joe Peci as Korgon
    Tim Curry as Edwin
    Sean Connery as Keldron
    Tom Cruise as Cerend
    Bruce Willis as Minsk
    Saundra Bullock as Jaheria
    David Warner as Irenicus
    Malcom Macdowell as Renald Bloodscalp(spelling)
    Johnathan Frakes as Anomen.

[IMG] Sarevok would most definately have to be played by Clancy Brown (The Kurgan off of the original Highlander Movie)

And Micheal Douglas might make a decent Keldorn if he could adopt a British accent.

Bel- I like the Tyra Banks idea!

Jaheira can NOT be played by Famke Jansen, because Jaheira is a babe and Famke isn't!

Elminster: that guy who playes Gandalf in LOTR I can't remember his name.

[IMG] It is Ian McKellen who plays Gandalf, but his nose is not hooked enough for playing El.

Maybe Anjelica Huston with a beard? ;)

[IMG] Joe Peci as Korgan. Ha. Whoa what a thought. A. Jolie seems to be a fav of peeps around here. Let's cast her as Bodhi ;)

  15. Korgan simply have to be played by Kramers halfling friend in Seinfeld :)

Well, I was thinking...if the main char was a monk, maybe it would be good to have Sara Michelle Geller, or whats-her-name from Dark Angel. Nalia could be played by Meg Rians, and Viconia would be...that's hard. Who would Viconia be?

Just paint anyone blue and it's Viconia.

Actually we could go back in time, get Kirk Douglas from the 1960s and bring him back to the future to be Keldorn ;)

Even better, go back in time to the 70's and get Lee Marvin as Keldron.

I don't know if anybody has seen this show but it was called Night Court. I don't rememeber the guys name but in the show it was "Bull" he was the tall, dumb, bald bailiff. Perfect for Minsc (If he wasn't dead ofcourse)
