    The Beatles :lovenotwar: Don't Diss!
Will Young - Stay quiet, all of you
    Darren Hayes
    Led Zeppelin
    Nickelback/Chad Kroeger

I also like the noise my brother makes in the bath, but that doesn't qualify as music.

Please, don't diss The Beatles. They are amazing.

    Well...
    hum
For a while ago I listen to Nirvana, SlipKnot and Nada Surf all days long...
    Was very depressed...
Before I listened to that kinda music I listened to AC/DC and all kinds of hardrock.
Before THAT I listened alot to blues, rock, soul, funk, punk aso...
Since my dad is a totally bluesfreak we often went to conserts and listened to blues and such. I loved it then.
But then after a while I grew tired when he played the same song over and over on his puter and if you changed or turned it off he went pissed and sometimes mad. So that's when I started listening more to hardrock. AC/DC, I have several poster in my room all their cd's. There is actually 157 songs if you put them all together, I have counted. :)
    Old singer is cute.
But anyway, after some years I grew tired of AC/DC too and started to listen to those other band, Nirvana, SlipKnot an such.

Now I listen to all of them. But not dad's old songs...
He listen's to those old songs by Walter Horton, Sunnyland Slim, Elmore James, Carey Bell aso...
Well....that was quite an explaination...not really necessary, heh
    Hardcore Superstar rox!

OK, personally I can't see what people see in heavy metal (Especially not slipnot, all their songs that I've heard follow basically the same formula which has some growling, some whispering and some smashing your instruments to pieces stuff)
Most rap sucks but there is some that I like.
But pop is the worst music style possible. How can anyone listen to that crap.
Anyway, I like Nu metal, punk and some grunge is OK.
My favorite bands would have to be Linkin Park, One Dollar Short, The Offspring, Staind, Vex-red, A Perfect Circle and Jebadiah

[IMG] Gopher: I managed to pick my copy of 'The Codex Necro' by Anaal Nathrakh in Virgin, and I'm pretty sure they do it in HMV. You could probably pick it up in some sort of independent music store somewhere. You can also download some of their stuff from mp3.com.

P.S. Septic Yogurt - :Thumbs Up: for liking Refused and supplying that address!

[IMG] /me congratulates sorvo, SleepleSS, Headbanger, and Sirdan on their preference for REAL music....

Guess what: I'm a female metalhead! (Endangered species).

I adore any kind of metal except maybe the kind with no melody (that would be Slipknot). Black, Death, Doom, Gothic, Symphonic Metal, Prog-Metal. Too many bands to list.

Celtic stuff would have to be Loreena McKennit, Enya...that sort of stuff.

When in the right mood I also like alternative and rock (REM, Live, Alanis Morisette, Green Day), punk more rarely. In the right mood I'll even like classical...but only when I'm in a specific sort of mood, which comes rarely *grin*

I'll tolerate anything but Blues and Jazz, and GREEK MUSIC!! You haven't heard that crap and don't want to. Sounds like donkeys braying.
