Without having looked at them, I would say there are two ways to use them:
    1) Right click while in your inventory, and click the use option ' would probably be at the 3:00 position
    2) Pull the scroll into one of your quick slots, and just press the function key or left click on it
Not verified, but the logic is that these should work.

No. You need to be a wizard, sorcerer or bard for arcane and a druid, cleric, (high level) ranger or (high level) paladin for divine scrolls. Or a rogue with Use Magic Device.

EDIT: Now I've posted this...I must reluctantly admit this is PnP info..and I have no idea if it's the same in NWN... But I guess it is...

Yeah, I've looked at the scrolls I've found, and it tells you who can use them (and I haven't yet seen one that a Fighter can use), though I don't know if Paladins and Rangers have to be of a higher level than any other class.

Based on the 3rd edition D&D rules, only spellcasters can use spell scrolls. That means only clerics, wizards, druids, bards, paladins (beginning at 4th level), or rangers (beginning at 4th level). There are 3 main conditions:

1 - the spell must be of the correct type of magic for the character (arcane v. divine).
2 - the spell must be within the the character's class list of spells
3 - the character must have the required ability score (Intelligence of Charisma for arcane, and Wisdom for divine) to use the spell.

If these criteria are met, then they cannot use the scroll. Once those requirements are met, then there are a couple of other considerations. The first is 'caster level' (this should answer BTA's question about the ranger/paladin). For cleric's, wizards, druids and sorcerers, their 'caster level' is equal to their class level. For rangers and paladins, beginning at 4th level, they have a caster-level equal to one-half of their class level (ie, a 4th-level paladin has a caster level of 2). If a spellcaster meets the above 3 criteria, *and* their caster-level is at least equal to the spell's caster-level, there is no problem. If their caster-level is less than the spell's caster-level, than their is a chance that things could go wrong when activating the spell scroll, possibly with a bang :p

Oh, and if you're a Rogue or Bard and have the Use Magic Device skill, the skill *may* allow you to use scrolls (and other stuff) you wouldn't normally be able to.

I haven't used scrolls in the game yet, so I'm not entirely sure how this is all interpreted in NWN. But it should follow these basic precepts. Hope this helps - and that I got it all correct ;)

There are some scrolls that anyone can use. They are the healing type of scrolls, like Lesser Restoration, Remove Curse and Cure Blindness/Disease. The rest of the scrolls are just for selling. This isn't bad, because they weigh very little, only take up one inventory slot, and sell for decent amounts.
