[IMG] I'm one of those people that uninstalled the whole kit and kaboodle. Originally I thought the game would be party based, and when I found out that you could only control one henchman, I was disappointed. Some henchies are not so bad, but generally, they're a poor substitute for a nice group of balanced characters. In order to motivate myself to play, I thought I'd play a female character, a thief to be exact, but I didn't really like any of the voice overs (picky, I know), and after a while, she lost her charm.... probably because I couldn't be as evil as I wanted to be without pissing other characters off. Then, I thought the world generator would be a lot of fun, and it can be, but it sure is time consuming and awkward to program with. Finally, I thought I'd enjoy the pleasures of online gaming, and I did for a while, until some little brat thought it was funny to follow me around invisibly and booby trap whatever I walked into. Poor Thag the 1/2 orc barbarian never had a chance. I was so friendly too. sigh... I'm going back to the simplicity of 2D BD series games. One camera angle is enough for me thanks.

Actually if you play your cards (and character) right you can control

    1 henchman
    1 animal companion
    1 summoned creature
    1 dominated creature

Now I'm not sure if you can have a familliar and an animal companion at the same time, but it does not sound right to me. But then again I have never played a multi magic user/ranger or druid.
