[IMG] I'm just interested in what skills you guys like to choose for your favoured class while playing multiplayer. The fact that you can't pause with spacebar is a rather big change from single player, And that may change some of your picks  do you choose listen or spot for PvP  or Move silently and Hide for sneaking up on your opponent  please spoil me with your answers ;)

I think the server/module you play on and its level of NPC interaction have to be deciding factors. I tend to play Paladins with high Charisma scores and a ton of points in Persuade. For modules with lower NPC interaction, Persuade becomes almost useless and I instead focus on things like Concentration to avoid knockdown, disarm, etc. The feats I choose also change. SP, I like to have proficiencies with at least two weapons - one melee and one ranged. MP, I will sometimes sacrifice the ranged weapon for Combat Casting or something similar.

It also goes with what class you want to play. For a spellcaster, metamagic, concentration, and combat casting rule all. Concentration and spellcraft are the best skills for this class, and lore comes in handy on occasion depending on the module.

For a fighter, go with discipline and all of the fighting feats you can.

My main character is a cleric, but I outfitted him mostly as a fighter type, with an occasional metamagic and concentration thrown in for good measure.
