[IMG] I'm re-playing the game, trying to solo with a conjurer. When I defeated Poquelin the first time (when he dimensions door away) the game start asking me for CD 2 (witch is on drive from start).

I read all the past related posts, but they didn't work (besides, they refer to problems after getting back to EastHeaven, my problem is one step before that).

The first time I played the game, this problem didn't show up. I thought it could be the media damaged, but I manage to make a copy of the original CD without complains (with Easy CD Creator) about bad tracks or so.

I even considered to cheat from the room I met Poquelin to EastHeaven, but there is no way to do that after he is defeated 'cause the game takes control.

If any of you have an idea, let me know, please.

    1) Easy CD Creator is THE absolute worst program, that you could have possibly used, to backup your original cdrom.

    2) I remember hearing about some kind of problem along these lines. I think there was a movie studder or crash as well. Have you patched it to version 1.06? If you using a "no-cd" patch as well, then it very well could be that.

I was using a no-CD crack, but when this problem started I had to re-install in all flavours (full, minimum, patched, un-patched) and no fix.

I even tried PhantomCD to try fixing it, no results.

And, by the way, using EasyCD (being as bad) should give me lots of warnings on bad tracks without being able to fix them, I guess.

Check the post with topic "Chapter 6 bug, need assistance" as its title.
