[IMG] Hello there - i'm playing through the game again this time as a mage, but i don't seem to be able to receive any character points. I've just become a mage through the aid of Mebbith, and have gained enough exp to take me over the lv1 threshold (over 8000). I know a fighter gains a character point each level, but does a mage?
Before becoming a mage I had about 25000 exp when 32000 was needed for the next level. Will I have to gain another level before acquiring a character point?

You only gain character points when you gain a level in your highest class. If you're fighter level 6, mage level 3, thief level 3, for example, you'd only gain a character point when one of your classes hit level 7.
