[IMG] Carradoon, the native city of Cadderly
Where is it located on the map of Faerun?
I've been to trying to find it, but all with no result, and the Quintet cover maps do not give much clues about the part of the continent. FRSC has (As far as I know) not mentioned the place once. All I can recall is that Entreri and Jarlaxle have crossed the Calim desert to get to the place in The Servant of The Shard.
    Any ideas?

If you have to cross the Calim Desert to get there it's most likely one of the Calimshan city-states that are south of Amn and Tethyr. There's not much written about them, the only established city is Calimport and there is mention of Lantan pirates raiding the coasts but that's about all.

I dont think its one of the Calimsham citystates. Jarlaxle and Entreri started out in Calimsham and if im not completely wrong moved in a northern direction.

joacqin is correct, Jarlaxle and Entreri started out of Calimport, through Calim to somewhere north ot northeast.
Since the place is situated near the mountains called Snowflakes, I think it would be further north than Tethyr.

'Tis stange how any source of FR fails to mention such a notable character as Cadderly...

The Snowflake Mts are the eastern boundry of Amn and the western boundry of the Shining Plains. Since the Shining Plains are home to nomadic tribes that must mean that they are on the Amn side.

Yep, found the mountains, and the Shilmista forest as well. No mention of the town, still...

Weird coincidence, I had to go to the libary to pick up a hold and found the 1st, 2nd and 5th book of the series on the shelves. So I placed holds on the missing two and have now started the series.

    Stupid mountains - stupid caradoon

I was actually looking for it myself when I came about ur post. I have now, after intense searching :) found it. The reason why its so hard to find seems to be the changes made In the landscape between editions. Well I'll link to a couple of maps so u can have a peek urselves. Caradoon is In the southeast In the impresk territory under the greenish covering and spirit soaring is In the northwest :) hope it Helps :)
