Atari's fiscal report has been posted on the official site. Here's an excerpt with some figures:

Infogrames Entertainment reported consolidated revenue of € 624.2 million for the year ended March 31, 2005, on a constant exchange-rate basis, down from € 700.8 million for the 12 month period ended March 31, 2004. Exchange-rate fluctuations had an adverse impact of € 22 million on revenue, reducing it to € 602.3 million on a current basis. Sales in Europe and Asia accounted for € 287 million, or 47.7 percent of total revenue. Business was adversely affected by the decline in the value of the dollar in the United States, where sales totaled € 315.3 million, or 52.3 percent of revenue.

Dragonshard and Dungeons & Dragons Online appearance at E3 2005 is confirmed in the bottom of the article, as well.
