I never took Ignus with me AND played as evil/chaotic. I have to say the ending for Ignus is beautiful. It's exactly what he's wanted all along, it leaves the planes safe of his madness, and it's the perfect closure to his story arc.

Even when I'm not playing it this game still surprises me :)

A tip for your next CE run: the Grimoire of Pestilential Thought eventually demands the life of one of your companions, and Ignus is the companion that you and your other cohorts will miss the least.

heh, its ironic. I can play evil in other cool games like the BG, IWD, NWN or KotOR series (what is the plural of series? surely not serieses ) but in a game where playing evil is implemented so well and actually makes sense and doesn't penalize you, I just can't!

It's so well written that it makes me feel like a bastard when I choose a reply or action that I ordinarily wouldn't. Hell, on this last run-through I had to force myself to keep making vows and making the lawful statements  I'm a real Neutral Good kinda guy I think :/
