G3: bg1re updates to v2.0: 4 new components and EET compatibility!

    The Baldur's Gate version of the popular Romantic Encounters mod, adding several encounters and quests all over the game, aims at populating the game with romantic encounters, intense dialogues, unexpected private dinners, romantic traces of long lost times, and real quests that all deal with true love, fulfilled or unfulfilled.
    The mod installs on BG w/TotSC, Tutu, BGT, BGEE, and EET.

    New Version 2.0 is now available from the G3 download section, with four new components, some bug fixes, and a direct EET version.

    Changes:
    • (bug fix) "First Night with Quentin": added missing option for PC to change her mind for the install choice "Descriptive version"
    • (bug fix) "Lina's Massage": fixed a wrong transition
    • (New component) "The Messenger 2: Rain or Snow or Gloom of Night", by Thimblerig and tibicina
    • (New component) "Camryn and Tamah", by tibicina
    • (New component) "Interruptions", by jastey
    • (New component) "Cloakwood lovers", by tibicina
    • (Additional content) "The Mourning of Centeol, the Spider Lady": PC gets Centeol's wand as quest reward if Poe finished his poem
    • (compatibility) added direct EET compatibility
    • (compatibility) "Duke Eltan's Spare Minute", BGT+EET: The mod version of Duke Eltan will be removed if Sarevok is defeated
    • (compatibility) removed / added %BGT_VAR% to enable / disable quests in BGII-part of EET as appropriate (The Great Zudini will not show for BGII)
    • (game fix) "Husam's Personal Preparation": mod fixes broken transition for original HUSAM.dlg that would pevent Husam from leaving the thieves' Guild; BGT + EET: Husam will leave after Sarevok is defeated;


    • BG1(TotSC): fixed broken spawn of Husam before PC goes down into the maze
    • (internal) optimized the tra handling to prevent doubled setup.tras
    • (internal) changed the patched script names of ingame cres to the cre file name instead of the creature's ingame name (and hope that this was a good idea)
    • (translations) completed german translation for "necromancer's trouble" by Gerri and jastey
    • (typos) changed Faerun to Faerûn
    • Readme: Added a paragraph "Known Issues"
