Anyone noticed the sloping hills...?

Cause I sure have. Let me guess, you're thinking I've gone mad from looking at all the flat terrain in the game. But I'm here to say that it's not true. There are gentle, curving slopes in the game. I noticed them last night while fooling around. If you take a good look at the good temple tile in the city tileset (the prison in the peninsula district for those who haven't used the tileset much) the corners are in fact curved and sloping. This really boggles my mind somewhat. Forever it seems like, I've heard sloping hills aren't possible, but yet, here they are, tacked onto another tile. Any good ideas why Bioware supposedly couldn't have used these same principles and at least made a couple different small rise/hill type tiles for the rural tileset?

[IMG] If you're talking about the Temple Good (4x4) group in the city interior tileset, I can't see any curves :p.

I think the limits for the engine is that it is not able to rise/lower the terrain freely. You know just "bending" it etc.. but sure and object can be of any shape placed on that flat terrain. So it is possible that some temple has round edges. What rises a question why is there no "hill" objects to make elevation to the terrain..

Blah Mollusken, go back and look at the prison in Neverwinter. I'm *thinking* that's the good temple tile in the city *exterior* tilset (I'm guessing that's what you meant). And yeah, that's what I was wondering. I'm not one who wants to raise and lower the terrain using a raise/lower hill type option. I'd just like to have a couple choices of pre-made hill tiles.
