I'm stuck after the cleric ward sensate memory room which should have given me a quest. Should I go back to Pharum? There is no clear quest. I can't find the dead girls grave. Any help would be appreciated.

You mean the Clerk’s Ward? Have you checked on each and every memory stone in both the public and private sensory chambers?

With "the dead girls grave" - do you mean the "Nameless zombie" in the Dead Nations or the daughter of the Advocate in the Clerk’s Ward?

The grave of Deionarra is in the Mortuary where you can meet her ghost.

The one with 3 chambers is the private sensorium with the sensory stones of Ravel, your former incarnation and Deionarra.

When you listened to Deionarra’s you should have been given a password for a legacy to pick up from the Advocate (her father).
When you listened to Ravels stone you should get a journal entry to "find her".
You might need a minimum WIS score to get that.

Ask Splinter about the public sensorium - each one costs a bit of gold that you have to pay to the guides but each one gives some XP.

What are your wisdom and intelligence scores? There are many things in this game that can only be done with a minimum score in one or both of these ability scores. It is why when I play I actually tank str/dex/and con to boost wisdom/int/ and to a lesser extent cha.

If you got the ID for the legacy from listening to Deionarras sensory stone you go to the Advocate to collect that legacy.
Her ghost is at her tomb which is in the Mortuary - the building that you woke up in at the start of the game...

I don't know what you mean there is no quest. What is ID legacy? the advocate lead me to the brothel and to the piece of ravel. I don't know what to do next. I can't find her ghost in the mortuary.

When you enter the Mortuary you arrive in the Antechamber with the two guards. Simply walk up and left and there is her tomb and when you go closer to it her ghost appears.

When you listened to Deionarras sensory stone in the sensorium then you were told of an ID or code to retrieve a legacy (something stored) from the advocate. Ask him about legacies and that you want one and then tell him which (there are two with the ID of the other hidden somewhere else).

You'll need a foundry receipt from a legacy you can claim at the advocate after you've recovered information about it from the dodecahedron journal - take it to the godsmen foundry.

(note that in the enhanced edition the option to unlock this info can be a bit hidden - its the 11th option on the list when reading the journal, you might have to scroll down to actually see it pop up in your dialog screen.)

Directly after killing her? Or when you exit the maze through the portal? In the latter case a moviescene is supposed to be played and that might cause the freeze in combination with your computersystem. In the GOG forum some people reported problems with cutscenes, e.g. when entering the Lower Ward for the first time with the Morte skullnapping.

If you are running any other programs in the background while playing you could stop those.

When you press ESC and chose "Graphics" what is shown there in the lower left, e.g. for me it’s
Open GL version 4.5.0 Nvidia 365.10 - build XXXX
running on Geforce GTX 750 Ti/PCIe/SSE2
