Zhuang Bei's poem (spoilers)

Remember Zhuang Bei, the 'Asian' zombie in the Mortuary? When you first spoke to him he recited a poem. This poem is actually written by Li Shangyin (813-858 AD), a Chinese poet. You can read about the poem being in the game and an interpretation of it here.

Also, here is a better translation of the poem, including the second half which was not included because it makes no sense due to cultural references:

It is hard to meet; it is hard to part;
The east wind is weak, the flowers die.
With the spring silkworm's death, the threads end;
When the candle turns to ash, the teardrops dry.
The morning mirror frowns on my newly cloudy hair;
Reading poems at night, feel the moon's cold stare.
The Magic Mountain is not so far from here;
A busy green bird will keep a careful eye.

Yeah, my translation was a little soddy. Apologies; the game deserved better.

Still, it's not as bad as our "Slating" flub. Whoops! ^_^ I still can't explain/understand that how that managed to happen - much like the Nameless One's true name, it's a Big Fancy Mystery.

Oh well. In the greatest work of video game writing of all time, you can be allowed one slip up.

And only one.

Looks like PST SUX0RS now.

*sob*

Hey, are you sure that isn't one slip-up per writer? I think we'd be close to OK, then... ^_^
