Can be bought from all Magical Items merchants.
Special: Heals 18 Hit Points.

Blood Fly Charm

Bought from several Magical Items merchants
Specials: Heals 3 Hit Points, increases Regeneration – which means that you will slowly heal over the next several rounds.

Bone Charm

Found in the Mortuary or in the Dead Nations, can be bought from Magical Items merchants.
Special:

Used to open the portal on the 1st floor of the Mortuary.

Charcoal Charm

Found in the Mortuary and in Curst Prison, bought from magical items merchants throughout the game.
Special: +50% Resistance to Fire, +25% Resistance to Magical Fire.

Charm of Infinite Recall

Found in the Alley of Dangerous Angles, can be bought from all Magical Items merchants.
Special: Sets Lore Skill to 100, allowing the NPC to Identify all items in his or her inventory for a short period of time.

Clot Charm

Found in several places and bought from all Magical Items merchants.

Rule-Of-Three-Earring

Found in the Mortuary by cutting a note from Zombie 1201. To gain the earring, fold the note in the order: Upper right corner, lower right corner, upper left corner, upper right corner again.
Special: Minor Copper Blessing. When used, it gives the wearer 33 copper pieces three times.

Stinger Earring

Found in Pharod's Vault, can be bought from various merchants.

Bandage

Found in the Mortuary and other places. Can also be bought from a number of merchants.
Special: Heals 3 Hit Points.

Black-Barbed Seed

You get these from Ravel in her maze.
Invokes: "Black-Barbed Curse".
Allows user to copy "Black-Barbed Curse" into Spell Book.
Can be used to create Black-Barbed Wand.

Black-Barbed Wand

Created in Ravel's Maze from Black-Barbed Seeds.
Invokes: "Black-Barbed Shield".
Invokes: "Black-Barbed Curse".
Weight: 1.
Usable only by Mages.

To decide which spell the wand casts, place it in a quick item slot, right-click it and click the "Abilities" button.

Bronze Sphere

This is the sphere that Pharod asks you to find in Act 3.

You can get it back from Pharod's corpse after he is killed in Act 4; however the sphere has no use until near the end of the game. You should bring it with you into Act 10, where you use the sphere in (spoiler warning: Don't click the link unless you want information about the end of the game!) the Maze of Reflections.

Caleidoscopic Eye

An eye you get from your own legacy from the Advocate in Clerk's Ward. You can wear it instead of your own eye.

Invokes "Chromatic Orb" when held.

Clipped Copper Piece

Found in the Lower Ward Market.
Special:

Decanter of Endless Water

Found in the Drowned Nations.
This item holds a seemingly endless supply of water.
The Decanter of Endless Water is used to solve Glyve's quest in the Weeping Stone Catacombs. Later you can learn its command word from Nemelle in the Clerk's Ward and then take the Decanter back to the Smoldering Corpse Bar and use it to free Ignus.

Dhall's Quill Pen

Dropped by Dhall in the Mortuary if you kill him.
Special: Permanent +1 to Lore Skill.
Usable only by Mages.

Dodecahedron

Found in your old room in the Civic Festhall.

This is a journal of one of your former incarnations. Examine the dodecahedron to open it. You may take some damage when you examine the dodecahedron:

Dustman Robes

You get this from Nordom if you ask him about his duties.
